Refund Policy

Returns will be accepted for unworn items purchased at General Sleep within 14 days of receipt by the customer for a refund to original form of payment. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags and packaging intact.

Please note, no returns are available for items purchased on sale, or at a discounted price, these sales are final.

Include your order number or original packing slip in your return. Allow up to 3 business days for the refund to be processed after the return is received. A notification email will be sent to the email used to place the order after the return is processed.

For international returns, chose a shipping method of your choice that provides trackable and insured service, as General Sleep is not responsible for lost returns. Charges for international return shipping will not be reimbursed.
