Returns

We hope that your new General Sleep purchase makes your heart sing but if it’s not quite right we are happy to provide a refund or exchange.

Refunds are offered on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods.  Items purchased on sale are not eligible to be returned or exchanged.

Garments must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact.

To request a return, please contact hello@generalsleepstore.com with your order number and product details.

Once your refund is processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs.  A notification email will be sent after the return is processed and the refund will take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.

Please note, items need to be returned at the recipient’s expense.  We recommend a tracked shipping service for a safe and speedy return as we cannot take responsibility if your return gets lost on its way back.

General Sleep does not refund duties and taxes paid on items which are returned.

 

Product Faults:

In the unfortunate scenario that your sleepwear is faulty or damaged on arrival we will offer a full refund or exchange.  Please note, items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.
